DO YOU KEEP THE RIGHTS TO WORK DONE FOR ME?
The fast answer is no.
When I do work for you, I sign a complete release of rights to you, all my customers maintain all rights to the work I do, and I do not charge for this like some other designers.
WHAT IF I WANT WORK DONE CONFIDENTIALLY, OR WHITE PAPER IT?
I commonly do work for individuals and companies who wish to white paper my work, and keep the fact that I do their work confidential. I have no problem with this, and will sign an NDA when requested.
DO YOU OFFER SUPPORT
Yes I do. My customers will find me very communicative, and I even am available during what would be considered odd hours, I can SKYPE, Phone, Email and even IM Chat.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
I am flexible.
You can pay me via Pay-Pal, Personal Check, or even cash. However I prefer Pay-Pal as it is a way to track your payment to me.
DO I KEEP MY COPYRIGHT?
Of course.
I can even help you with filling out the complicated Copyright paperwork, if you wish to file a Copyright on something I do for you.
DO YOU GIVE REPEAT CUSTOMER DISCOUNTS?
Yes I do, I offer not only that, but also if you have multiple projects you need done I offer large discounts for those.
HOW DO YOU WORK WEBSITE SO I CAN SEE THE WORK WHILE BEING DONE?
When I design a website for you, I will set up a temporary site so you can see it while it is being made and coded. I find this helps both of us a lot, as you can see it as it developes, and you can then make suggestions, changes etc as we go.
CAN YOU DO VERY TECHNICAL WEBSITES?
Yes I can, I have done very simple one page sites all the way to very complicated and involved Social Media sites. Look at my portfolio under websites for links. Proof is in the pudding as they say.
CAN YOU KEEP CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY?
Yes I can.
I have worked for some pretty big names, my NDA's I sign are binding to me. Client privacy is paramount. I also am versed in Medical HIPPA laws, as I do work for doctors, surgeons and even attornies.
DO YOU SELL CLIENT INFO?
No way, I do not data mine, I do not sell customer information. We have enough of tha junk being done to people for me to start.
